You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive (e.g. Duvilax expres LS) or a glue gun, scissors a ruler.
Glue the nose, then glue the hat on the top of the head, and glue the legs from the bottom part of the body. Cut the chenille into two halves (tree). Glue the tree into the small ball (hand), and glue the hands to the body. Glue the stars on the hat and the body. Tie a scarf around the neck, and then you can cut the ends of the scarf.
