You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive (e.g. Duvilax Expres LS) or a glue gun, scissors.
Glue a hat and dress using an edge. Glue a stick into the head. Glue the hands into the sleeves, and then put the dress on the cotton cone (body). Glue the head on the body. Glue the black chenille around the bottom part of the body and sleeves.
Glue a beard on the face. Glue the jute ribbon using edges, and on the top part tie it up using a wire (bag).
Glue the hat on the head, and then glue around it black chenille. Bend the hat and glue it at one point. Glue the bag to the body, and the hand glue on it.
