You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive (e.g. Duvilax expres LS) or a glue gun, sewing needle, scissors, a ruler, and auxiliary stick.
Glue the cotton cone on the paper cylinder. Cut the smaller fleece rectangle vertically in two halves (sleeves). Turn the sleeves and hat to the reverse side and sew them in the edge together. Glue the bigger part of the fleece on the paper cylinder (body). Tie up made sleeves at one end using a wire and turn them to the right side with help of a stick. Let 1.5 cm for the cuff. Glue the balls to the sleeves (hands). Glue the stick into the head and thread the star (ruffle). Glue the head into the body. Turn the hat to the right side. Glue the arms to the body according to the picture, glue the arms using only the upper parts. Fold the wool in a length of 25 cm, tie it up in the middle using a wire, and cut the ends (hair). Glue the hair on the top of the head, and then glue the hat over the hair. Glue the chenille around the hat. At the end glue the wings from the backside of the body.
