You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive (e.g. Duvilax Express LS) or a glue gun, red-colored pencil.

Glue a short stick into the head, paint the cheeks, and glue the head to the body. Glue a dress cut-out from the front side on the body, from the bottom part glue the legs, and then glue hands on the sides of the body. Glue a cheese cut-out to one hand. Put the half-ball (hat) on a longer stick, spread the adhesive all over from the top part, and then place it on the centre of the circle cut-out (from the backside) and shape the hat. In the end, glue the hat on the head.
