You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive (e.g. Duvilax Express LS) or a glue gun, scissors.

Glue a stick into the head, and glue the head to the body. Glue the white teeth on the red mouth cut out according to the picture. Glue the eyes close to each other on the head, draw nostrils using the felt-tip pen and glue askew a jagged mouth. Glue a feather on the backside of the head. Glue the legs (cylinders) to the body from the bottom. Glue the figure in a circle. Glue the paper wire into the balls (hands). Glue the hands to the backside of the body. Trim the shoes and glue them to the front part of the legs. Draw stripes on the bib and glue them to the belly. Glue the tail askew to the backside of the body.
