You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive (e.g. Duvilax Express LS) or a glue gun, red felt-tip pen.
Paint the mouth, and glue a stick in the head, and then glue the head in the body. Glue the legs from the bottom of the body and hands on the sides of the body, a bow under the neck. Glue the ears on the top of the head. In the end, glue a tail on the backside of the body.
