You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive (e.g. Duvilax Express LS) or a glue gun, red and green felt-tip pen.
Paint the eyes and the mouth. Glue a stick into the head. Put a collar on the stick, and glue the head into the body. Glue the legs from the bottom part of the body, and then hands on the sides of the body. Glue the ears on the top of the head, and then glue a tail on the backside of the body.
