You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive (e.g. Duvilax Express LS) or a glue gun, thin black felt-tip pen, red felt-tip pen, scissors.
1. Glue the eyes and nose on the kite's head. Paint the eyes, eyelashes, mouth using a black felt-tip pen and cheeks using a red felt-tip pen. Wind the bast fibers (hair) around 4 fingers, tie it up at one end using a wire, cut out the other end. Glue the hair to the head, and then glue a hanging loop from the backside.
2. Glue a ribbon (tail) from the backside on the bottom part of the kite. At the end glue the bows.
Height of the kite without tail: 23 cm.
