Turn the striped cut-out in half with the right side to each other and glue it using an edge. After getting dry, turn it to the right side and tie up using the wire (cap) at one end 1 cm from the edge. Glue a vest cut-out on the body. Glue the small balls (hands) on the body to the vest. Fold the white wool into pieces 10 cm long, tie it up using the wire in the middle, cut the ends, and glue it to one figure on the head (hair). In the end, glue the cap on and wrap the scarf around the neck.
