You will need besides the content of the bag: a glue gun, needle, and scissors
Slide 1: Tack the fabric circle on the edge, fill it with padding, tighten it, and tightly tie it up.
Slide 2: Cut the wire from the bobble and stick it to the head. Put a feather into the hole of the body on the top and spread it out to the sides.
Slide 3: Glue the head using the glue gun. Glue the figure on the pad.
