You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive (e.g. Duvilax Express LS) or a glue gun, scissors, a ruler, red crayon.
Paint red cheeks closely to the mouth, and glue the head to the body. Cut the hair into thirds and glue it on the top of the head. Glue three stars on the hair. Glue balls (hands) from the side to the body. Create the wings by gluing two heart cut-outs using tips over each other. Glue the wings on the backside of the body.
