You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive (e.g. Duvilax Express LS) or a glue gun, red marker, scissors, sewing needle, a ruler.
Glue a stick into the head, paint the cheeks. Cut the chenille into thirds and bend the ends at about 0.5 cm. Wind the chenille around the stick and shape (hands). Tack the ribbon (skirt) in the edge, tie it up, wind it around the stick, and glue the skirt just under the hands. Cut out the lace into thirds, tack it in the edge, and tie it to a width of 1 cm (small apron). Glue the lace apron on the skirt. Put 2 balls in the basket. Glue the ears on the top of the head and stick a basket to the hand.
