You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive or a glue gun, scissors, red-colored pencil, a ruler.
Apply the adhesive on the cone (just around the bottom edge and one wider stripe vertically) and glue it around using the dress cut-out (start from the vertical stripe of applied glue). Paint the cheeks on the face, and glue the nose. Glue the head on a cone 3 cm from the top edge. Fold the hat cut-out in half using right side together, and glue it in the edge. Turn the hat on the right side after getting dry of glue and bend it. Cut the chenille in a half, and glue the hand cut-outs double-sided on one end. Glue the hands under the head, slightly from the side. Glue a hat over the cone up to the eyes. Cut the bast fibers into pieces 5 cm long, insert the stick andtie it up using a wire (broom). Glue the broom to the hand, tie a scarf around the neck.
