In addition to the contents of the bag you will need: Dispersion glue (e.g. Duvilax express LS) or melt gun, scissors.
We glue the smallest black circle on the underlying brown slice and on it the interlacing circle, insert a skewer and alternate threading the circles and interlacing circles up to the largest one. Then we glue the legs. String the other half of the colored circles on the skewer from largest to smallest. After the fourth colour circle, instead of the interlacing circle, wrap a piece of chenille around the skewer, which you cut into 2 halves to make hands (the second half of the chenille will be used for hair later). Continue on and finish the body with an interlacing round. Glue head and hat on top of head. Cut the remaining piece of chenille in two halves again and twist into two spirals (hair) which are glued on the sides of the head under the hat. Glue small cotton balls to the ends of the hands.
Tie a 5 cm wide bow from the ribbon, trim the ends so they don't flutter and stick it under the clowns neck.
