You will need besides the content of the bag: Dispersion adhesive or a glue gun, scissors, a ruler, a thin black felt-tip pen, and a red crayon.
Place both cut-outs one on another, and sew them together using blue crewel. Glue the mouth and eyes. Draw the nose and eyebrows using a black felt-tip pen, draw the cheeks using a red crayon. Fold the wool in a length of 10 cm, tie it up in the middle using a wire, and cut out the ends (hair). Glue the hair to the edge of the head. Glue the bow to the neck.
